Have A Ball On The Field
Competitive sports leagues that are designed for adult players!
YMCA sports staff, coaches, and volunteers all share a singular vision of helping all youth and adults reach their full potential in life. We leverage the excitement and passion around recreational and competitive programming to create a healthy outlet for players to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models.

All Ages, All Abilities, Adaptive Sports, Open Play
Inclusive Sports is a program created through a partnership between Morgan's Wonderland Sports and The YMCA of Greater San Antonio to bring opportunities for individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities to play sports through our various venues and leagues.
Learn how to use strength effectively, maintain cardiovascular fitness, and improve flexibility and coordination. Embracing the mental and spiritual elements of martial arts will improve the mind's focus and enable you to develop self-control, build confidence, and manage stress. These classes are not meant to promote fighting.
Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-pasted competitive game for experienced players.
When it comes to swimming and water safety, no one is trusted more than the YMCA, America's Swim Instructor. In fact, group swim instruction was developed by the YMCA in 1906. The YMCA swim lesson curriculum is designed to teach this lifelong skill to young people and adults of all skill levels in a safe environment.
When youth play sports with the Y, they gain more than just exercise. They learn what it takes to be a leader in sports and in life. Understanding the fundamentals of the game and safe play are just the beginning. Our coaches help guide youth through learning the essentials of physical fitness, healthy development, and participation. We focus on improving their confidence and maintaining their determination.
